Roundup Leukemia Settlement

The plaintiffs in this case assert that Roundup is responsible for the development of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Two plaintiffs who are a man and his wife who are in their 70's, have taken to the stand to testify.

The trial that is scheduled to begin in St. Louis is expected to result in a large verdict. The jury will hear from experts who claim that Roundup usage more than twice per year increases the risk of developing non Hodgkin lymphoma.

A second Roundup case is scheduled to go to trial in Missouri this month. Sharlean Gordon claims that she developed NHL in her late 30s as a result of exposure to Roundup in her early years.

The trials that are coming up are crucial as they will give insight into how judges will decide on appeals made by other defendants victories in their case before Judge Chhabria. These decisions could make a settlement possible for plaintiffs with legitimate claims against Bayer. Bayer must settle the remaining glyphosate cases in accordance with the results of the trials.
