Replacement UPVC Door Handles

If you're replacing the handles or adding a little extra security, you'll choose the perfect handle for your door. These upvc handles are easy to install and meet the required 92mm centres for multipoint locks.

The backplate fixing center and the keyhole/lever dimensions are the most important measurements. Make sure you compare these to your current measurements prior to ordering.

Lever/Pad

Lever pad handles consist of a lever on one side and a paddle-shaped handle on the opposite. These are designed to work with key wind locks however, they can also be used to multipoint split spindle door locks (though you will need an additional dual spindle lock case).

You'll need to remove the handles on your current handle and remove the lock case if upgrading to dual spindle levers for your handle as this will require a split inline cylinder. You can purchase these separately. We have included a technical diagram in the images of each product.

After you have removed the screws holding the door handle you have, it is recommended to loosen them and examine the mechanism to determine the condition it is in. You may have to loosen the screws even more when they aren't tight. After that, you can take off the old handle and spindle and replace it with a new door handle made of upvc. Before screwing the handle into position, it is recommended to check that it is in the right position, and you can do this by placing your finger in the space between the door frame and the handle to make sure it is in a level position.

Lever/Lever

The lever door handles are used to operate a multi-point lock with an Euro cylinder. They can be found on many upvc double glazing window handle doors as well as wooden and aluminium doors.
