Alternately, the phil&teds dots is a great single buggy that is available from day one that can then easily adapt to take 2 (or 3 wheel strollers!) in various configurations. This is particularly helpful for parents with children in a car seat because the frame can be equipped with a wedgie to allow for optimal position, and also car seat adapters to many brands.

Suspension

The quality of the suspension in a 3 wheel reversible stroller-wheel double buggy is essential to how it is easy for you and your baby to push. It is crucial to enjoy a smooth ride since babies feel every bump in the road. This is particularly the case if you're driving on rough terrain such as grass or roads that aren't paved. Some models also have locking front wheels to help in maneuvering and navigating obstacles like curbs.

Some models come with air-filled tyres, which provide a fantastic all-terrain adventure, but they could be prone to punctures, so ensure you have a spare set in the trunk. Folding

A three-wheeled double buggy can be folded neatly to be stored. There are models that fold flat and stand up (as as if they were the form of a pushchair) and those that are able to open up to reveal more umbrella-like folding that has an operated break. In general the more wheels a buggy has, the easier it will be to handle on rough terrain. This is particularly true if your wheels are larger than the best 3 wheel stroller average size. You will have more stability and it is less likely that you have to tip over or flip your child.

For something a little different you can choose the Joie Evalite Duo is a light buggy that can hold twins from birth (it's open to the world and features the ability to lie flat). Its clever frame expands widthways to accommodate a second seat but it still only weighs around 11kg, making it easy to lift and maneuver. It can be used with a car seat, carrycot, or both. This lets you enjoy the best of both worlds.
