The City Select 2 Stroller, Eco Collection is a versatile stroller that converts from a single to double stroller with the addition of an additional seat or glider board (sold separately). The City Select 2 Stroller, Eco Collection can be set up to be a triple travel system with the addition of a bench or infant car seat. It has 24 different configurations and is a top-ranked stroller overall. This model is made with Baby Jogger’s soft durable, breathable and sustainably-sourced TENCEL fabrics. They help regulate the temperature. It has an elegant leatherette handlebar and bumper bar and comes with the belly bar. It is 20% smaller and lighter than the most popular single-to-double stroller, the UPPAbaby V2.

It comes with a moderate-sized sunshade and a handy magnetic peek-aboo window that is easy to open and close. The telescoping bar can be one of the most easily adjustable, and is suitable for parents of any height. The seats recline and there is a footwell adjuster button to help you position your child in the most comfortable position. The storage bin is large however we would prefer it had a latch that was more secure. It's easy to reach, but we found the zippers a bit difficult to use since they must be completely undone and refastened every time you use it.

The City Select, like its siblings, has single-action breakers that are easy to install and release by pulling a lever on the frame side lower than the handlebar. It is suitable for sandals and barefoot and an improvement over the awkward levers for brakes that some competitors use.

This is the only stroller we tested that can take two infant seats. It's a great choice for parents with twins or a baby on the way. It can be used with all major brands infant car seats using an adapter. We tested it with Britax/BOB Chicco KeyFit 30 and Graco Click Connect models as well as the Cybex Aton, Aton Q and Nuna Pipa.

The City Select is not compatible with the UPPAbaby Vista V2. It is a great option for families that already have an infant car seat and are looking for a stroller that can accommodate it however, you might be better off with another convertible stroller that fits an additional car seat in this instance.
