Three Wheeled Buggies

If you're looking for a buggy run with or just a compact stroller for the neighborhood, three-wheeled buggies are great for mobility. Their compact design makes them easy to maneuver even in tight spaces.

If you want an easy ride in your baby, opt for models with 360deg front wheels that swivel. However, they are prone to punctures, so be prepared with a repair kit.

Frame made of sturdy material

Figures have just been released that show that the three-wheeled vehicle which was a symbol of the decade of more money than wisdom - is in steep decline. They have been replaced by four-wheelers that are able to handle a wider range of terrain, yet still look swanky and being easy to push.

The idea is that the bigger the wheels, the easier it will be for your buggy to cope with bumpy and rough pavements. The larger wheels both rear and front, make it easier to maneuver and more stable when walking downhill or on difficult terrain.

MFM reviewer Kath tried the buggy with a newborn and a 3 wheeler stroller year old and found it was able to withstand grass, cobbles rough roads, dirt tracks, and kerbs. She said "it is sturdy to push and very solid when traversing difficult terrain. Its tyres, which are inflatable and require to be pumped regularly and have a suspension built-in. This was extremely comfortable for my kids.

The size and shape of the seat is a further factor to consider. You want the seat to be big enough for your child to feel comfortable and allow them to lie down. Certain three-wheel buggies have a full lie-flat option while others only allow for a parent facing one.

A majority of 3 wheel pushchairs come with air filled tyres which means they can handle many different terrains and are far more flexible than 4-wheeler. They are also lighter. However, they're prone to punctures so you'll need to have a repair kit, spare tube, and pump on hand.

Easy to Manoeuvre
