Design

The Combi Twin Cosmo scored well in our maneuverability tests despite its size and bulk. It took 25 pounds of weight hanging from the handle bar before it tipped over backwards which is better than the majority of competitors but not as impressive as the best performer in this metric one, the Chariot Cougar 2.

It has good front wheel suspension and its large rear wheels can be locked to improve maneuverability. The brake pedal that locks and unlocks the rear wheels simultaneously, which is great to park in tight spaces.
