It is effective at removing small and medium debris, but it has a difficult time dealing with hair of pets.

The robot, just like the i3 EVO uses iRobot’s iAdapat navigation software to learn and remember your home. It also comes with a feature that automatically adjusts its head height and suction power based on the type of floor it's working on.

It was a success in our tests on both hard floors as well as low-pile flooring, taking away the majority of the smaller and more difficult debris we put on each surface, and the larger cereal crumbs that we deposited on the floor. It's a little less adept in dealing with pet hair than some of the top models we've tested however, and it could be stuck on toys or cords when you don't pick them up prior to sending the robot out to clean.

In our tests, it cleaned for around 90 minutes before the battery ran out and then returned to its base. This is better than the i7+ or s9+ that was only able to run for 60 minutes in our tests. The i3+ EVO also has a great track record of recollecting the exact place it left off on an individual run however this isn't always the case with other robots we've tested.

The i3+ EVO's dustbin has capacity of 1.5 quarts which is smaller than the majority of the other robots we have tested. The bin has a release button on the side that can be pressed to empty the bin. You can also empty it using the docking station’s Clean Base Automatic Dirt disposal, which suctions up the dustbin's contents before emptying it into station’s external dirt bag.

2. Eureka Q5 Pro

The Q5 Pro offers outstanding cleaning effectiveness, with a suction rate of 5,500pa and mopping systems that can start working within a few minutes. Its integrated 770ml dustbin and water tank can reduce the frequency of emptying and its large capacity allows for longer mopping sessions. Its 240-minute runtime makes it an excellent option for homes with large spaces. The robot's advanced navigation system, which is built on PreciSense LiDAR mapping, ensures it covers the entire space and can maneuver around obstacles.

Unlike some other robot vacuums that are available, the Q5 Pro does not require Wi-Fi to operate. However, its battery is very small, which means it is necessary to recharge it regularly if you plan to use the robot for a long time. It is easy to maintain using a dirtbag that is easily replaced and a simple schedule of maintenance. It's also less expensive than its more expensive rivals.

The Q5 Pro is a bit cautious when it comes to larger debris and pet hair, but it does an excellent job overall. In our tests the Q5 Pro was able remove more debris from bare floors and low pile carpet than the Dirt Devil Endura Max. However, it was unable to getting into the tight corners and high-pile recessed areas. It is also more manoeuvrable, and the filtration system does a great job at trapping allergens. However its straight suction floorhead is too low to be able to move over heavy or large-sized debris. It also has a few other minor disadvantages, such as its lack of features that are more advanced and its limited remote control functionality. Despite these limitations it is still a great choice. Eureka Q5 Pro is a good choice for those looking for an affordable best robot vacuum bagless vacuum that can mop.

3. SwitchBot K10 Plus

The SwitchBot K10 plus is a great choice if you want a smart vacuum that can also mop. The robot is small size that allows it to get into tight spaces such as corners and under furniture that larger robots cannot reach. It also comes with a LiDAR sensor that can detect obstacles and help avoid collisions.

During testing, the K10 Plus quickly and efficiently vacuumed dust, pet hair, crumbs and other debris from our carpets and hardwood flooring. It also managed to get into tight spaces such as under our beds or around the legs of our chairs. In addition to vacuuming, it can perform mopping tasks with an additional cloth or wet wipe. The K10 Plus comes with a small bag of wet wipes to get you going.

The app for K10 Plus is easy to use and easy to understand. It offers several customization options like setting a no disruption time, adjusting the map layout, and setting a schedule for when you'd like it to clean. The app also monitors the use of different tools like the filter, side brush and bin filter sensors. This lets you determine when it is time you should replace them.

The battery life of the K10 Plus is also pretty good. On a full charge we got three hours of cleaning. It recharges quite quickly. When it's done with its job it releases the dirt into a huge dustbin located in its base station. This can be a bit deafening when it occurs, but at least it's not as loud as some of the other self emptying robot vacuum bagless-emptying robot vacuums we've tested.

4. iRobot S9+

The iRobot Roomba S9+ belongs to the high-end S Series of the manufacturer which is higher than models like the iRobot Roomba J7 or iRobot Roomba i3. It's extremely adept at navigating around furniture and performs well on a variety of surfaces. Its main brushroll is fitted with counter-rotating rubber scrapers which effectively clean the majority of pet hair and debris from carpets and bare floors. The suction power in real-world use is powerful for a bagless robotic sweepers vacuum, but it's not quite as powerful as the power of top brands like the Roborock S8.

The Roomba S9+'s design is distinctly elegant with a body that is D-shaped that looks much more modern than its circular competitors. This shape can help it to get into corners and along edges more easily. While it can still leave some dust behind in these areas if the corner brush isn't spinning fast enough however, its powerful motor more than compensates for this.

In iRobot's tests, the S9+ was able to remove pet hair and cat litter with ease. It also performed exceptionally well on hard floors, as it utilized its powerful motor to blast through most types of debris and clean the edges and corners effortlessly. Its advanced vSLAM technology and Imprint Smart Mapping made it one of the top navigators we have. It can make its way through sofas or beds with draped valances over them.

The iRobot App makes it easy to set up and operate. You can choose the functions you want to activate when setting up the robot, or wait until you've got familiar with it. The internal bin needs to be manually empty when it is full, but the process only takes 15 minutes and is quite quiet.

5. Roborock S8

The most recent version of the Roborock S Series is a powerful mop and robot vacuum with a comprehensive feature set. It utilizes the LIDAR and camera system to navigate and avoid obstacles, just like its predecessors. The mapping system generates an interactive 3D map of your home that you can view in the app. It also allows you to create no-go zones or mark specific rooms for spot cleaning. The app can also let you control the schedule of your robot and set different suction and mopping modes for each room.

The S8 is equipped with improved HyperForce suction, which is able to remove fine hair and particles with ease. You can use the app to adjust suction power, and the device will switch between energy-efficient 'Quiet, Balanced', and 'Turbo' modes depending on the surface it's cleaning. It also features a Carpet Suction Boost mode that enhances suction when the robot is on carpets.

The S8 can be controlled using one button that acts as a 'Clean' button for the entire robot as well as a Spot Clean button that directs it to a specific location. You can also press the 'Dock/Home' button in order to send the robot back to its base station. The app comes with a rich feature set and is easy to use. It lets you select off-peak charging times in order to save on the costs of utilizing peak-time electricity.

The S8's only downside is that the battery doesn't last nearly as long as I would like. It only lasted 130 minutes when I used it on standard settings with both vacuuming and mopping enabled. This is still a long time and was enough to clean my apartment.
