The IQ app provides advanced mapping and automated functions, however it does not have no-go zones. These are only available on iRobot robots. Its smart-pathing system permits for better maneuverability and the high-pile feature of its carpet cleaning mode is effective but it could get stuck on rug tassels.

During our tests, the IQ was adept at handling pet hair well, clearing an impressive amount of debris from floors with no flooring and fair amounts of medium-pile carpet. It was less effective on shag carpet, which was a struggle to reach dirt and dust buried in the fibers. It was capable of maneuvering the legs of chairs and tight spaces, as well as the wooden base of an IKEA step stool. We did notice that it was a little slower on floors with no flooring but it quickly recovered and performed better than the other robots we tested.

The IQ is a better choice over the iRobot Roomba 694 for most uses. It has a bigger dust bin and lasts longer on a charge, and does a better job of maneuvering itself around obstacles. If you don't have many furniture in the space where you're looking to vacuum Single Room Mode is an excellent option. The eufy will spend 30 minutes focusing on cleaning the area it's assigned.

Edge Cleaning is another option that reduces the time spent on each surface to a maximum of 20 minutes. This will maximize the battery's life. This feature allows the eufy to move in a spiraling fashion cleaning edges and corners.

Miele Complete C1

The Miele Complete C1 is an excellent mid-range canister robot vacuum that can be a great performer on carpet. Its performance is also great on floors with no floor. It can pick up rice and other fine particles easily. The suction power doesn't diminish as the dirt bin fills.
