Slot Missions in Hogwarts

Slot missions are an excellent method to earn gear, weapons and much more. But they're also difficult to complete.

Concealed Weapon Slot

The concealed weapon slot lets you to carry pistols on an operation. Some people employ it to help attain certain goals, particularly those who are aiming for Suit Only. Others simply prefer to have the additional pistol to make an additional gap. If you are using this slot, you need to keep in mind that you'll have to click the corresponding pistol category button, for instance the alternate slot 2 for machine guns, to select the category of your choice. Smuggled Item Slot

The smuggled items slot an amazing feature that allows players to bring weapons and other tools into the game, but it could be improved. It's currently shaped as a pistol, which makes it difficult to differentiate the weapon slot that is smuggled from other slots for gear.

The smuggle slots can be used to store a wide variety of items - from concussion devices to explosives for weapons to more subtle concussions. These items are hidden in locations throughout the map. They can be picked up at any time. The items that are smuggled differ from Agency Pickups or Hidden Stashes which conceal small items in the scenery or objects.

Mission planning is a feature available in missions that are episodic. It allows players to discover different starting points as well as smuggled items and gear best payouts slots before they enter the map. These planning options increase as players complete challenges and obtain higher Mission Mastery levels. This gives players the ability to create the perfect mission for every challenge.

Gear Slot

The gear slots will rapidly get full early in the game, leading to the dreaded message "Your Gear Slots are Full". This message will prevent Max from acquiring new equipment until the old items are removed or a larger space has been obtained. Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials are the solution to this problem. They provide an increase in inventory space to complete challenges. Since many of these challenges could be not completed and are scattered across the world, it may take a while to reach the most inventory slots in the game.

The five Gear jackpot winners slots of a player can be filled with up to 5 different types of gear. These must be selected from the Gear Selection menu before a Break-In begins. Each gear item (except the Pistol) takes up one Gear Slot while a set of similar items (like a group of Grenades of the same kind) only takes up one Gear Slot.

Agency pick-ups

As you advance through the Mission Mastery levels you unlock various agency pickups on the map. These locations allow you to keep items that don't fit in your weapon or gear slot, and retrieve them later.

These pickups are particularly useful when you have to go through a frisk at the end of the game or if you're carrying a weapon that might otherwise trigger suspicion. You can only conceal one item in a pickup location.

This DLC also includes new security and asset protection contracts to the agency. Contact the receptionist at the agency and purchase snacks and armor. Once you've reached the marker be sure to identify a group at the time you arrive.
