Dr John

Dr John is an internationally renowned medical professional who has over 23 years' experience. He specialises in General Adult and Liaison Psychiatry. Dr Kontos was born in Tarpon Springs, Florida, and had a strong interest in dentistry. At the age of 12 when he underwent his first root canal, and began to experience tooth discomfort. This led him to decide that dentistry was what he wanted to do with his life. He did his research and a lot of work for a long time before earning his doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. He also worked in the field along with other doctors, and presented research results to a variety of venues.

He has a broad range of psychiatric and medical interest and focuses on older adults. He is licensed in the UK with the General Medical Council and is listed on the Specialist Register of General Adult Psychiatry. He also has an endorsement in Old Age Psychiatry. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, and is a full member of several professional associations across the world.
