Dr Leanne Hayward

Dr Leanne Hayward is a UK trained Medical Doctor and specialist Psychiatrist. She has extensive knowledge and experience within the NHS. Prior to joining Priory in January 2020, Psychiatrist Portsmouth she was a Consultant Psychiatrist at Great Western Hospital, Swindon. Her practice is focused on Holbrook Ward at Priory Hospital in Bristol.

Dr Hayward's experience spans almost two decades. While her psychiatric and clinical areas of expertise are varied Dr Hayward is enthusiastic about assessment, diagnosis , and treatment. She provides specialist psychiatric services and collaborates with other health professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients, their families and loved relatives.

Dr Hayward holds membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (RCPsych) and is a member of the Royal College of Physicians (RCP) and the British Association of Psychiatry and Neurology (BAPN). She has held a variety of public engagement roles, including the South West Region's Public Engagement Officer for RCPsych.
