The lawsuit seeks monetary damages and seeks to have the court orally order the VA to examine the the systemic PTSD bias. This is the latest attempt by groups like the ACLU and Ramsey Veterans Disability Lawyer Service Women's Action Network to demand the VA to end the long-running discrimination against victims of sexual assault.
