What is what is a UK Rep?

A UK Rep is an individual or company that is designated by a product manufacturer to perform certain tasks in connection with the compliance with UK product legislation. In accordance with the specific product law such as the preparation of UK Declarations of Conformity (DCC) for medical devices, or being the initial point of contact with the MHRA.
