KCS is the only single-line railway that connects three countries in North America. Its line extends from the northern United States to Mexico. However, it wasn't always like that.

History

He invested millions in improving the railroad, including placing new ties and switching to diesel-powered locomotives, enhancing the signaling to ensure more efficient operations, (Centralized Traffic Control, introduced in 1943), as well as opening the large Deramus Yard in Shreveport, Louisiana, in 1956.

Branching

The KCSR is a major company with multiple branches. The KCSR has numerous branches.
